Meet and Greet
Alot of the looks I style are casual. I wanted to put together a more professional look that I would wear to a work.
I actually wore this skirt, and a similar top to a meeting this week. Everyone kept giving me compliments on how great I looked. As I've mentioned my office is pretty casual, but when I meet with people I like to put my best foot forward and look better than my average day. This look is great for the office or a special occasion, like a graduation. This outfit is totally flattering for us hourglass shaped gals.
This skirt is to die for, and the best part is it was on clearance at Lane Bryant. I spent a whopping $20. It looks so expensive and the quality seems to be top notch. I paired this top with a basic black tee from Lord and Taylor. I happen to love Lord and Taylor basics. The quality is great and when you get a sale they are a steal. As for accessories I wore my favorite Bauble Bar necklace! I wanted to keep the shoes neutral so I opted for my nude heels.
**Attention hourglass shaped girls. Don't be afraid to wear high waisted A line skirts. This silhouette is very slimming to our figure. Wearing your skirts higher brings your eye into the smallest part of your waist. This is my go to look!***
