Feeling Blue
Although I usually gravitate towards black, when I wear color I really go for it.
I was shopping at Fashion to Figure and saw this vibrant royal blue top. Royal blue is one of my favorite colors. It is so bold and eye catching and really makes a statement. I paired this beautiful chiffon top with a black and white tribal print skirt from Forever 21. I've had this skirt for awhile and I never know what to wear it with. Especially with my body type, when I wear pencil skirts I love a flowy top with it. It conceals the areas that need concealing, but still shows a hint of sexy with the tight bottom.
I accessorized this outfit with my blue and turquoise earrings. The earrings also feel very tribal to me so I think it complemented this outfit very well. My bag is a black and gold clutch from H&M and I opted for my black open toe shoes. This outfit could totally be converted into a more casual look by switching to a sandal and a crossbody bag. I chose to keep it a little dressier because that's more my style. I would totally wear this for date night!
