Lady in Red

I love ripped jeans.  Even though I am a 30 something mom, I'm not ready to give them up.  They can take any outfit from drab, to downtown chic instantly.

These jeans are from Maurice's.  I went in Maurice's on a whim.  I saw they had plus size, and said what the hell.  First off while it is a teeny boppers dream, they did have some styles that worked for me (insert old lady emoji). The jeans and basic tees were a great find.  These jeans were only $17 bucks.  They fit really nicely and they are a true skinny leg.  They have good stretch which make them super comfy.

This top was another snag from the L&T friends and family sale.  I tried to find a link, but I think it's sold out :(.  Red is not a color that overwhelms my closet because it is not a favorite.  I thought I would give this top a try because it has orange tones which I like.  The fit is great and this will be a staple in my summer wardrobe.  It is very light which is welcomed on those hot summer days.

As for shoes, I wanted to keep it edgy with these slingbacks with racer stripes.  These are super old, but I think they go well with the look.
