Spring has Sprung
The past couple of days in NY have been beautiful. It's hard to believe it's only March and we are experiencing 70 degree weather! I find that with the transition from winter to spring there can be a lot of confusion on what's "appropriate" to wear. I personally hate rules and I pretty much just go with whatever I want. I do try to hold off on sandals until its closer to summer, but that's only because I love flats. As you can see by this look, I didn't even follow my own "rule"...oops :)
This look is perfect for spring. I am wearing a cream colored cold shoulder top and a pair of boyfriend jeans. I love this outfit because it's so flowy. More often than not I am wearing loose fitting clothing because while I like to be fashionable, being comfortable is much more important. I chose to wear an open toe gladiator shoe to welcome my toes to the warm weather. This look is super versatile and you could switch the shoes out for flats or booties to match the weather. To finish this outfit I accessorized with a long gold and green stone necklace from my favorite accessory store.
